Delivery takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location. We use The Courier Guy and RAM for shipping. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

At Retail Gear, we want every purchase to meet your expectations. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 30 days from the order date for a full refund.

Here's how:
1. Eligibility Check:Ensure your item is within the 30-day window and in “as new” condition—unused, undamaged, and unaltered.
2. Packaging the Product: Return the product in its original packaging, including all extras. Missing packaging or accessories may incur a re-boxing fee.
3. Initiate the Return: Email us at sales@retailgear.co.za to start the return process. We’ll guide you through the steps and issue a return authorisation.
4. Shipping or Drop-off: Shipping: You can courier the item to our return address (you cover the shipping cost). 
Drop-off: Prefer to drop it off? Visit our Johannesburg branch during business hours.
5. Return Confirmation & Refund: Once we inspect and approve the return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
6. Refund Receipt: You’ll get a confirmation once the refund is initiated. It may take a few days to reflect, depending on your bank.

Yes, all our products come with a Twelve (12) month carry-in Warranty from the date of purchase(unless otherwise stated on your invoice).

Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects, but does not cover the following;
- damage due to negligence
- dirt buildup
- recalibration
- power surges
- normal wear and tear
- bulbs (counterfeit detectors)
- tampering or misuse of the  product
- water damage
