📦 Retail Gear Shipping Policy

At Retail Gear, we aim to get your orders to you quickly, safely, and affordably—no matter where you are in South Africa.

🚚 Delivery Timeframes

  • Main Centres: 1–3 business days

  • Outlying Areas: 2–5 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or remote delivery areas.

🛒 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.

  • You'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

📍 Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this stage.

💸 Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate Shipping: R150 nationwide

  • FREE Delivery: On orders over R1,500

  • Some bulky or heavy items may carry a surcharge—you’ll be notified at checkout if applicable.

📦 Collection Option

Need it sooner? Click & Collect is available from our Johannesburg warehouse. You'll be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

❗ Missed Deliveries

If no one is available at your address, the courier will attempt re-delivery or contact you directly. Re-delivery fees may apply if multiple attempts are missed.

🔁 Returns & Damages

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If damaged or incorrect, report it to us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue swiftly. View our full Returns Policy for more information.
