2. Packaging the Product: Return the product in its original packaging, including all extras. Missing packaging or accessories may incur a re-boxing fee.
3. Initiate the Return: Email us at sales@retailgear.co.za to start the return process. We’ll guide you through the steps and issue a return authorisation.
4. Shipping or Drop-off: Shipping: You can courier the item to our return address (you cover the shipping cost).
Drop-off: Prefer to drop it off? Visit our Johannesburg branch during business hours.
5. Return Confirmation & Refund: Once we inspect and approve the return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
6. Refund Receipt: You’ll get a confirmation once the refund is initiated. It may take a few days to reflect, depending on your bank.
